Where are you located?
We are located in Dane, Wisconsin, in the scenic rolling farm valleys of south central Wisconsin, approximately 15 miles north of Madison. View a Google Map of our location.
Do you handle anything other than Dodge Viper Products?
Yes.  Snake-Oyl Products™ is a division of Collectors Choice, which has been in the car business for over 25 years. We have specialized in collector and sports cars such as Pantera, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, and many more.  For more information regarding these other exotic cars, please contact us.
Do you customize any of your products?
Yes. We handle many custom orders, from a simple color change to complete design. Custom orders may take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months to complete, depending on the item. Please contact us to discuss your ideas for custom design. All custom orders must be prepaid when finalized and are non-refundable.
What are my options for placing an order?
You can place an order using our On-line Store, or fax an order, or phone an order, or email us, or visit us in person. Review your ordering options.
For On-line Store orders, what are my payment options?
Our On-line Store only accepts credit card orders at this time. We accept MasterCard®, VISA®, and Discover®, but not American Express®.
Can I place an order without a credit card?
Yes, you may phone or fax an order, email us, or visit us in person.  For these options, you may make payment with credit card, check, money order, or wire transfer. We will accept cash if paying in person. Review your ordering options. View our contact information.
Can I pay COD?
Sorry, we do not ship COD (due to previous unpleasant experiences.)
How do you ship within North America?
Depending on the size of the package, our preferred shipper is UPS. Orders received prior to 3:00pm Central, barring any backordered items, will ship the same day for credit card payments. Read more in our Policies and Terms.
Can you ship by quicker methods than UPS ground?
We can and will ship by quicker means (Next Day, Second Day, 3-day) if you give us instructions to do so. All expedited freight will increase the cost of shipping.  Read more in our Policies and Terms.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we frequently ship overseas; we will arrange the most cost-effective and timely shipment method we can find. International orders exceeding $1000 US will require payment by wire transfer .
What should I do if I get an error message when trying to place an on-line order?

How do I cancel or modify an order?
Your order can be cancelled or modified before your order has been shipped. Please call us during business hours. View our contact information.
What is your return policy?
All sales are considered final. Return authorization must be obtained from Snake-Oyl before you return merchandise. Returns must be shipped prepaid. All returns are subject to a 15%-25% restocking charge. Our full return policy is explained in our Policies and Terms.
What happens when an item is backordered?
If there is a delay in filling your order, we will notify you by telephone. Read more about backorders in our Policies and Terms.
Is my order secure?
If you are using Netscape® 3.0 or later, or Microsoft® Internet Explorer 3.0 or later, all personal and credit card information is encrypted for your protection. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to ensure a secure transaction. You should make sure all the SSL security features are turned on in your browser's preferences or options.
Will I pay tax on my purchases?
Sales tax of 5.5% will be applied to orders shipped within Wisconsin.
How can I get a copy of my invoice?
A copy of your invoice will be shipped with your order. If an invoice is lost, you may contact us for a replacement. View our contact information.
